Djevojka se ljuti na svojeg dragog Ivana i pita gdje je skitao cijelu večer. On odgovara da se veselio svirajući violinu na ulici. Poruka (moja) svima: „Nemojte se ljutiti na cvrčke, ptice i muzičare; neka sviraju i pjevaju!“

The girl is angry with Ivan, her lover, because he was out the whole evening. He replies he was just having fun playing his violin in the streets. Message to all (from me): „Don’t be angry with the crickets, the birds and the musicians. Let them play and sing!“
